Before setting up the SmartWeb Group in 2010, Andreas Burwick worked in the domain of technology for more than 20 years and in the service of a major international bank for more than three years. Andreas Burwick was appointed as Managing Director of GMI Gesellschaft für Mathematik und Informatik in 1993. He set up THINKING NETWORKS AG in 1999 and had played an instrumental role in the growth of this company. In some years THINKING NETWORKS achieved even higher profitability than MICROSOFT (35%).

In recognition of his experience in the field of business intelligence, Christoph Engels was appointed to the Executive Board of THINKING NETWORKS AG in 1999. He supervised the successful development of the company’s OLAP database. He was a consultant by NuTech solutions (now a subsidiary of IBM) until 2009. Christoph Engels has served as a lecturer at the IT-Center of Dortmund and as a Professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences of Dortmund since 2004.

Kirill Korobtsov came to the IT business from hotel industry working for the HYATT Hotel Group for 5 years. Having two master’s degree in Linguistics and International Social Analysis. In 2013 Kirill has established Lux-App.com IT development and consulting company based in Kiev, Ukraine. During the time he has launched and supported numbers of successful startups in the sphere of software, transportation, F&B, finances, e-commerce, etc. Currently there are 25 very talented Senior developers working at several company’ products and outsources projects as well.
